Nutrition Information

  • 0.5 Healthy Fat
  • 2 Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. broccoli rabe
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. chili flakes
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Trim the broccoli rabe to remove 1 to 2 inches of tough stem at the bottom. Cut the larger florets in half lengthwise.
  3. Place the broccoli rabe on a baking sheet and drizzle it with the olive oil, tossing to combine. Sprinkle the salt, garlic, and chili flakes on top.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the broccoli rabe is tender.
  5. Remove it from the oven and toss it with the Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Divide the prepared broccoli rabe into 4 portions and serve.
