Servings: Makes 1 serving
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup red onion
- 1/3 cup cucumbers
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette
- Finely chop red onion and cucumber.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine romaine, red onion, cucumbers and tomatoes.
- Top with feta.
- Add balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
