Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup red onion
  • 1/3 cup cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette

Directions:

  1. Finely chop red onion and cucumber.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine romaine, red onion, cucumbers and tomatoes.
  3. Top with feta.
  4. Add balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
