Whip up a creamy keto coffee latte that’s packed with healthy fats, protein and delicious flavor. Fuel your workouts or your workday with this energizing beverage that features MCT oil and collagen peptides. The addition of egg yolks* to this creamy latte will keep you satisfied until lunch.

Get started by combining two medium egg yolks, one tablespoon of unsalted butter or ghee and one tablespoon of MCT oil in your blender. Pulse to combine, then add two cups of hot dark brewed coffee, one scoop of collage peptides, two teaspoons of an erythritol-based confectioners’ sweetener and a half-teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional). Blend for about 30 seconds, then pour your whipped coffee into a mug. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon across the top and serve with a reusable metal straw.
