Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat or low-carb flatbread
- 1/2 broiled tomato
- 2 Tbsp. sautéed mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. chopped basil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Top flatbread with Ricotta, Mozzarella, tomato, basil parsley and olive oil.
- Bake flatbread for about five minutes, until crust is golden brown.
- Sauté mushrooms.
