  • 2 Healthy Fat
  • 1 Good Carbohydrates
  • 1 Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat or low-carb flatbread
  • 1/2 broiled tomato
  • 2 Tbsp. sautéed mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped basil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Top flatbread with Ricotta, Mozzarella, tomato, basil parsley and olive oil.
  3. Bake flatbread for about five minutes, until crust is golden brown.
  4. Sauté mushrooms.
  5. Remove flatbread from oven and top with raw tomato and sautéed mushrooms.
