Peach-Raspberry Shake

If naturally sweet flavor is what you’re after, than this fabulously fruity shake is for you. Featuring juicy peaches and tangy raspberries, plus the perfect blend of yogurt and milk, it’s a creamy, dreamy drink that won’t wreck your waistline.

Our favorite thing about this tasty treat is just how easy it is to mix up the flavor. Swap blueberries in for raspberries, or plums instead of peaches. Any way you spin it, it’s a tropical treat for your taste buds!

Servings: 4 (1 cup) servings

Nutrition Information

  • 1 Lean Protein
  • 1 Fruit

Ingredients:

  • 3 small peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Granular sugar substitute to taste (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine peaches, yogurt, milk, raspberries, ice cubes, and vanilla; puree until smooth. Add sugar substitute to taste, if using. Pour into 4 (10-ounce) glasses and serve.
