This creamy coffee recipe is easily whipped up in your blender. Get started by combining two medium egg yolks, one tablespoon of unsalted butter or ghee and one tablespoon of MCT oil in your blender. Pulse to combine, then add two cups of hot dark brewed coffee, one scoop of collage peptides, two teaspoons of an erythritol-based confectioners’ sweetener and a half-teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional). Blend for about 30 seconds, then pour your whipped coffee into a mug. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon across the top and serve with a reusable metal straw.
The Palm Pro Tip: Not a fan of raw egg yolks? Feel free to replace them with another tablespoon of butter, ghee, MCT or coconut oil. You can also substitute erythritol with another sweetener that you enjoy. Click here for our Guide to Sweeteners! >
