Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. matcha powder
  • 1 tsp. shredded unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

  1. In a blender place coconut milk and matcha powder. Blend until all the matcha powder is mixed in.
  2. In an 8 oz. mason jar or jar with a lid, pour in the blended milk. The add the chia seeds and stir so the chia seeds don’t clump together.
