Prep Time: 15-20 minutes
- 1 South Beach Diet Garlic Cheese Flatbread
- 1/2 broiled tomato
- 2 Tbsp. sauteed mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. chopped basil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Top flatbread with Ricotta, Mozzarella, tomato, basil parsley and olive oil.
- Bake flatbread for about five minutes, until crust is golden brown.
- Sautee mushrooms.
- Remove flatbread from oven and top with raw tomato and sauteed mushrooms.
