Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. avocado oil
  • ½ Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Whisk together avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add beans and cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Drain and run under cold water for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the green beans to the garlic mixture. Toss well to combine and serve.
