We can’t decide what we like better about this Melon Slush: The ridiculously refreshing flavor, or the fact that it takes mere minutes to prep. We recommend serving this naturally sweet treat in iced glasses for an extra-cool treat.
We also recommend keeping cubed cantaloupe in the freezer so you whip this snack together any time you feel a sweet craving coming on. Can’t find cantaloupe? Feel free to substitute any of your favorite melons or fruits!
Phase: Weight Maintenance Phase
Servings: 4 (1 cup) servings
- 1 Fruit
- 5 ice cubes
- 4 cups cubed cantaloupe
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granular sugar substitute
- Place ice cubes in a blender and blend until just crushed. Add cantaloupe, lemon juice, and sugar substitute. Blend until combined, about 10 seconds. Serve immediately.
