If you’re like us, then you’re usually rushing to get out the door on time each morning. This chia pudding recipe with yogurt makes eating healthy feasible with just two simple steps and a few simple ingredients.
This creamy recipe combines the flavors and heartiness of Greek yogurt, chia seeds, almond extract, turmeric and ground cinnamon for a sweet and filling start to your day.

Phase: Weight Loss Phase, Weight Maintenance Phase
- 1.5 Healthy Fat
- ½ cup or 5.3 oz. Greek yogurt, plain, whole milk
- ½ Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. almonds, unsalted, sliced
- ¼ tsp. almond extract
- ½ tsp. turmeric spice
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- Place all ingredients into container of choice, stirring well to combine.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator overnight, if you would prefer to allow the chia seeds to absorb the yogurt and expand overnight. Note: the longer you let the yogurt sit, the brighter yellow the yogurt will become.
