Strawberry Coconut Pro-Yo

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving of strawberry protein powder
  • 5.3 oz. whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Directions:

  1. Mix together Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk and coconut extract.
  2. Top with coconut flakes and sliced strawberries.
  3. Store in fridge until later or enjoy immediately.
