Full fat Greek yogurt lays a heavy, filling base for the experimental mind. Chia seeds and almonds provide plenty of healthy fat and nutrients, but give the crunch every breakfast-er deserves.

Nutrition Information

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup or 5.3 oz. Greek yogurt, plain, whole milk
  • ½ Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. almonds, unsalted, sliced
  • ¼ tsp. almond extract
  • ½ tsp. turmeric spice
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into container of choice, stirring well to combine.
  2. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator overnight, if you would prefer to allow the chia seeds to absorb the yogurt and expand overnight. Note: the longer you let the yogurt sit, the brighter yellow the yogurt will become.
