Therefore, our version of keto is designed to deliver about 50 grams of net carbs or less per day.
Your meal plan will be filled with Lean Proteins, Healthy Fats and non-starchy Vegetables. Proteins help to keep you full and build muscle, while fats provide energy and help you digest certain nutrients says Healthline.
