Do I have to exercise on the South Beach Diet?

Exercise is highly encouraged on the South Beach Diet for optimal health. Because what you put into your body is just as important as how you move your body. We recommend at least 30 minutes of activity each day during weight loss and 60 minutes each day during weight maintenance.
