Each week you’ll enjoy fully prepared South Beach Diet® breakfasts, lunches and dinners delivered to your door. After South Beach Diet Phase 1, throughout the week, you’ll also have the flexibility to eat on your own. You’ll pick when to enjoy one DIY breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dine out at a restaurant for lunch one day, or cook a delicious meal at home another day—our recipes and guides make it simple.
Here’s the breakdown of your first shipment:
- South Beach Diet Phase 1: Body Reboot
During your first week on the plan, you’ll be eating a meal plan high in lean protein, low in added sugars, plenty of vegetables and healthy fats. This will help reset your body to burn fat for energy and deliver fast weight loss.
- South Beach Diet Phase 2: Steady Weight Loss
After Phase 1, you’ll choose from an expanded menu and start adding in more foods—good carbs, like whole grains and more vegetables. You will continue to eat South Beach Diet breakfasts, lunches and dinners, along with one DIY breakfast, lunch and dinner on your own each week.
