Here’s the breakdown of your first shipment:
- South Beach Diet Phase 1
During your first week on the plan, you’ll be eating a meal plan high in lean proteins, low in added sugars, plenty of vegetables and healthy fats. This will help reset your body to burn fat for energy and deliver fast weight loss. You will also enjoy the flexibility of two DIY breakfasts, lunches and dinners during this week, along with adding in lean proteins.
- South Beach Diet Phase 2: Steady Weight Loss
After Phase 1, you’ll choose from an expanded menu and start adding in more foods—healthy fats and good carbs, like whole grains and more vegetables. You will continue to eat South Beach Diet breakfasts, lunches and dinners, along with two DIY breakfasts, lunches and dinners on your own each week. We recommend spreading out your DIY meals over the course of each week.
