During the first phase, called the “Phase 1 Body Reboot,” you’ll eat plenty of lean protein, heart-healthy fats and carbohydrates from non-starchy vegetables.
In Phase 2, Steady Weight Loss, you’ll continue to enjoy lean protein, healthy fats and vegetables. You’ll add in high-quality carbs from whole grains, fruit and starchy vegetables like sweet potatoes.
