Is there a South Beach Diet maintenance program?

Yes. After you’ve reached your weight loss goal you will transition to Maintenance, or Phase 3, of the South Beach Diet. The first two phases of the South Beach Diet were designed to prepare you for this phase. You will now understand how to make good food choices, embrace fitness and can enjoy food anywhere with an easy-to-follow diet plan for living. During Phase 3, you’ll eat all foods in moderation. In addition, fitness should now be a part of your daily routine during Phase 3.
