How is the One-Week Reboot different from the rest of the South Beach Diet?
Your One-Week Reboot Kit is your first week on the South Beach Diet. It includes meals, snacks and shakes that have been specially selected for fast weight loss results. You’ll also make a few DIY meals and snacks from proteins, healthy fats and non-starchy vegetables.
Following a low-carb, high-fat approach, your internal chemistry will start to shift in the first week, and your body will begin to make the switch from using carbs for energy to burning fat for energy.
If you’ve purchased a 4-week South Beach plan, after the One-Week Reboot, you’ll move on to week 2 of your plan. Starting in week 2, your body is primed for steady weight loss. You’ll continue to enjoy South Beach meals and DIY meals throughout the week. You can even enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine starting in the second week. You’ll continue living healthy and losing weight until you reach your goal!
